This walking exercise you can do either morning or evening or both time. If you are taking time for morning and evening walk then your body will find more fresh air. More fresh air mines more energy for body and more healthy. If u is healthy then u can do more work then others and you can live your life happily.
If you are new and start walking then keep in mind because 2 or 3 days will get pains after this you will find your body normal. First week walk normal distance which is not so far after the week you can increase your walking distance more and also your walking speed also more.
First day of week you have to walk 3 minutes and then increase your walk slowly day by day as you can.
At the time of walking please don’t use high heeled shoes this will damage you body part. So always use flat or nice shoes which are use for sports.
