One way to lose weight is to reduce the amount of calories eaten. By leaving a few bites on my plate - I can reduce my caloric intake by about 100 per meal. That means I can cut out 250-300 calories per day. Again, it's deceptively obvious. This tip should help me lose some weight pretty quick.
