There are many aspects of weight loss that would help in losing weight fast. There are proven short term methods that proves to help you lose 5 pounds or more in a few days. Many of these diets, weight loss methods and even diet pills work only temporarily. These fast weight loss methods to not keep the weight off and it will usually bounce back with additional pounds.

However, there are ways that would make this method better and healthier and yet it still allows you to lose weight easily.

Fruits. High fiber fruits would help to fill your stomach, getting rid or at least, lessen the hungry feeling in your stomach. Also, the fruits would provide your body with more nutrients that the cabbage soup diet fails to provide. It will prevent you from feeling too hungry and end up eating more than you should at the end of the day.

Next part of the lose 5 pounds plan is to drink ample PLAIN water. Stop drinking the soft drinks. Much of the calories obtained in a day is from soft drinks. By curbing the intake or, if you are disciplined enough, you can stop drinking soft drinks altogether. This would help you to cut more calories to help you achieve the lose 5 pounds plan.

Besides that, when your muscles have enough water, it would contract more easily, making your exercises more efficient, burning more fats and helping you achieve your goal.

So here comes the exercise part - walking. Walking is a simple exercise that anyone can do. You don’t have to be a fitness enthusiast to be able to do this exercise. A combination of all the three methods mentioned in this article would help you to achieve the lose 5 pounds goal quickly.
