5 Tips on How to Lose Weight Fast
Here's is the weight loss diet plan I followed over the years to lose stubborn body fat.
1) First off there is no magic pill that will make you an instant fat burner and help you lose weight fast. If there was it would be a temporary fix to a more serious problem within your body. In order for your body's metabolic training to change you have to first start eating properly, therefore reversing the vicious cycle of starvation resulting in healthy weight loss. You see we were taught that you only need three meals a day and that this is a sufficient amount to keep you fit and healthy. The problem with that theory is when you eat a meal your body is satisfied for about 2 to 3 hours, but after 3 hours your body goes into a catabolic state which means your body begins to use the muscle for energy and starts to store fat!! This is precisely why fasting diets don't work because you're training your body to store fat and deplete the body of muscle causing your metabolism to slow down. So the main problem lies within the time period between meals where your body starts to store fat. Now the strange thing is the more muscle you build the leaner you will become and the more body fat you will burn. This all happens because your new metabolic training will have no choice but to change in order to accommodate the increased nutritional food that you bring into the body. Now with that being said ideally eating 4 to 5 small meals a day is key, but eating the right foods is also important to help you achieve quick weight loss.
2) Knowledge is power so eat 4 to 5 proportional meals a day and if you have to use a salad dish instead of a regular sized dinner plate then do so to help you keep portion sizes down. Protein portion sizes should be approximately the size of your fist or your open hand, and don't forget to drink plenty of water approximately 8 to 10 glasses a day, remember your body consists of 90% water so staying hydrated will only help your buddies metabolism system work better. There are plenty of good forms of proteins and carbohydrates and fats to eat resulting in fast weight loss.

Fat's are probably the most misunderstood macronutrient of the three. People just refuse to believe that it can be healthy and actually help them lose body fat. People still can’t grasp the fact that dietary fat is an ally of a nautically fit body. Dietary fat increase your chance of getting fit and staying healthy. It is important if your goal is to become truly healthy. Fat generally regulates our hormone levels and fat is absolutely essential for healthy hair, skin and nails. Fats also control our appetite by regulating leptin response. Fat also lowers insulin response when we eat carbohydrates with it. Fat also burns fat, at least some fats do, and do it well. Now that we know we need to eat fat, how much fat do you need to eat specifically and what kind of fats are best? All fat is not created equal and some fats are bad, just as some carbohydrates are bad and some proteins not ideal either. Here is a list of the best fats we can eat.
3) Now when it comes to fruits and vegetables there really is no limit or proportion size that you should have per meal but you should have 4 to 6 servings a day of fruits and vegetables simply because fruits and vegetables are high in fiber and natural sugar needed to maintain a healthy digestive and immune system to help fight off diseases. I personally will usually go through a bag of carrots and 3 to 4 apples daily, eating raw vegetables is the best way.
4) Avoid all candy period……Sorry……!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
5) Make a bet with yourself something extreme like give your best friend something of value to you and tell them that if you don't lose weight by a certain time a single goal that they can keep it.
Get into a routine, stop making excuses about why you don't have time to exercise or jog or get to the gym. You should exercise or do some cardiovascular and or strenuous physical activity at least 3 times a week.
If you are eating and exercising properly you will lose weight fast and start to regain your body's natural metabolic systems.
For psychological reasons for one day out of a 7 day week forget everything you've learned and enjoy yourself without limitations. This is okay because working out three times a week will cause your muscles to continually burned fat even though you're not in the gym for 48-72 hours after your exercise regimen so one day out of the week indulging yourself without getting extreme is okay and will psychologically keep you on the path to losing weight fast.
