Weight Loss Tip #5: Start your day with a Breakfast

Being on a weight loss program means your goal is to lose weight - not gain it. Skipping breakfast means your body goes into reserve. If your body goes into reserve it'll take days to get the pounds off and years to recover the damage you are causing your body in this one little stupid trick.

Your metabolism actually will goes down when you skip breakfast. Your weight loss program suffers immediately. You'll wind up binging and putting on weight not losing it. This will take extra days to reprogram your body to lose weight. Not to mention the difficulty your body has if you do any diet wrong.

My favorite breakfast food that provides the right nutrients and give you energy is a 1/2 cup of old fashioned oatmeal with a touch of agave nectar. Old fashioned oats is best. Agave Nectar is the best sweetener. Don't try a man made product. Go for the gold. Eat the real stuff. Honey is my second favorite.
Weight Loss Tip #6: Activity, Exercise & Get Fidgety

To ensure that you are getting the results you want, incorporate exercise into your diet. Now your body needs to move. Blood needs to flow. Sweat needs to open your pores and remove the toxins you've stored in the body.

Choose a good exercise program that lets you burn fat. Burning fat will triple the weight loss program you are on more than just eating right. Get a good cardiovascular exercise in about 4 times a week. Find something fun and that has 'your kind of music' to move you into the mood to move. I like Salsa or old town but can't get into hip hop. It's about personal preference and what tickles your movement button. Find it and use it.

With all the fun burn the fat / cardio dvds, find something exciting that will keep you going. There are numerous videos out there to get you in the mood. I love TAE-BO. But none so much as as the Advanced Live Volume #5! They had to spend extra money on a sound tech for that video and research. Just when you are tired, they pump you up with some incredible tunes. But that's my favorite. Go find yours.
