To lose weight
There are numerous diet plans and weight loss programs that promise you will lose weight fast, quick and easy, so many of these programs are very expensive and most of us cannot afford that in this recession. So I will share my experience of what worked for me after I gave birth to my son.
The best thing about this plan is that is will work for everyone, you don't need to seek a doctor's advice before taking this step because it just requires you to do the normal things you do each day, only you will enjoy it.
Depending on how much you weigh, not everyone will lose the weight at the same amount of time and rate.
There are many advantages of losing weight and getting a healthy body and peace of mine. Not only you be losing weight to keep your body slim, lean and figured as you want but help keep away obesity related diseases due to being overweight. My frame of mind wasn't focusing on why I am overweight but how quickly I can get off the weight and at my own pace.
The main reason why many people fail at weight loss is that they don't have the proper plan ahead of time, if they do, they do not stick to it. Now before you start this goal to lose weight you need to be m tenacious at succeeding, having a strong will is the only way to be successful in this journey.
Be warned that weight loss may seem difficult at first but once you get through the first phase, you will start getting use to the little changes that you made.

Below it a list of things that I have done and it worked like a charm. After I gave birth to my son I was 200 pounds and after I started this plan I am now back to my 128 pounds and it feels darn good.
The list are as follows:
First you need to detox your body or what some people may refer to as you need a "clean out." Detoxing your body is the first place to start where you clean out the impurities from your body. If you feel sluggish or tired, aches and pains and lack of energy well your body maybe telling you its time for a detox.
It will be beneficial if you can get a friend or a family member for encouragement and to keep you on track.
Every morning plan what you are going to eat, I suggest Whole wheat products such as oatmeal, wheetabix, whole wheat crackers, etc. This way by consuming whole wheat it will keep you full until lunch time, as you will know whole wheat helps to regular your intestine and avoid constipation.
Make use of your blender, blend juices, instead of buying juices that has all other things added to it. Make use of pineapple, apple, cherries and other fruits.
Eat lots of broccoli, cucumbers, celery, thyme, carrots, parsley and other greenery and vegetables.
Eat lots of fish, if you eat chicken remove the skin and bake it instead of frying it with oil or butter. Avoid eating red meats such as beef, pork and others, if you do just consume little and bake it instead.
Avoid eating too much rice as this helps put on the pounds.
If you have stairs utilize it by going up and down at your own pace three times a day or as much as you want.
If you are blending something, while you wait stand in one place and do some stretching with your arms and legs nothing too major.
while taking a bathe- I found this is the best way to exercise by bending over, stretching your arms and legs to apply your soap and squatting.
Drink 8 to 10 pints of water each day.
Lessen your daily intake of sugar and use other sweeteners.
Avoid drinking too much sweet beverages.
If you are sitting watching television, or in front your computer move you legs periodically this is another great form of exercise.
If you have kids play with them, especially toddlers they like it when you run behind them.
Put on your music and move your waist, it doesn't have to be like the music videos, remember you are not competing or selling something. While dancing to the music dance to something you like and make it fun. If you don't want to dance by yourself pick up your spouse or partner or whoever.
Remember do it at your own pace and there is no need to rush, and enjoy your journey.
