The Best Diet Ever
If you are serious about losing weight fast, while increasing physical stamina and muscle tone, there is really only one option for dieting. This diet has no fancy name that is pushed endlessly on the television by fitness celebrities. It is simple known to me as the metabolic increase with exercise diet. This diet runs off a combination of principles that have been used to create weight loss on their own for years.
The first principle is selective food choice.
Being successful in this diet requires you to change the variety of food you eat. Things like white bread, sweets, and potato products. Each of these items contains large amounts of carbohydrates that during metabolism turn into sugar, though it may seem healthier to eat a big piece of white bread than two tablespoons of sugar, in reality after digestion you are consuming almost literally the same thing. With these out of the way we next need to incorporate strong sources of protein. Whey protein shakes, cottage cheese, chicken, fish, and other lean meats are your best bet, but in an amount no bigger than the size of your palm at one time. Next we must include fiber and vitamins, each of these can be easily incorporated in your diet through eating vegetables and fruit. Carrots, celery, all lettuces, and various other vegetables can be eaten almost without limit, while fruits such as pineapples, apples and oranges can be eaten in moderation. The body uses this fiber and other nutrients to regulate digestion, which can increase weight loss.
The second principle is increasing metabolism through multiple meals.
The human body like any other animals body has certain ingrained genetic actions that it takes in a response to changes in its environment. If you don’t eat for three days, your body says ok, the next food I get I’m storing as much of it as I can as fat because there must be lean times. Likewise if the body is constantly processing food it will say, forget storing fat, just work hard to process this food that’s available into energy. The trick to this principle working is allowing the body to feel as if it is a time of plenty while keeping calories below the point that the body requires for daily function. In this way the metabolic machine is pumping away full speed, quickly using up the energy from your food intake and then immediately turning to the body’s fat reserves to run the bodies processes. The body’s processes explained the real trick is answering the question, "How do I get my body to do this"? This is accomplished through eating between six and eight small meals a day, with breakfast being the most important, and no meals being eaten after five p.m. The breakfast meal should consist of mainly protein to begin the metabolic process of breaking down the protein into its base elements such as amino acids which build muscles. Other small meals should be spread even throughout the day to ensure the body is never in a state of hunger, keeping a strong metabolic burn. Finally a slightly larger dinner should be prepared before five and should contain an even mix of fibrous vegetable and protein to top off the day and ensure good overnight digestion.
The final principle is the incorporation of exercise.
Exercise of any type whether it be running, swimming, or lifting weights is vital to the success of any weight loss program. Exercise burn’s calories, which reduce fat reserves, while using sugars in the body that might have otherwise been turns into fat on the body. Further, exercise creates a continued fat burning effect well after the initial exercise is over. This is accomplished through the breakdown and rebuilding of muscle tissue. When we exercise muscles are torn and ripped on minute levels, just like any other injury the body rushes to heal the injury, to accomplish this it uses energy in the form of calories, amino acids, and other vital items. This healing causes weight loss, and unlike most injuries when muscles repair they don’t get weaker they get stronger and bigger. There bigger stronger muscles require more energy to function than the old ones and thus even more calories are burned daily.
Follow these three principles and look for individuals to work out and encourage you and you could soon be on the way to that body you always wanted.
