2 Little Known Weight Loss Foods
Did you know there are super weight loss foods that actually promote fast fat loss? Losing weight fast doesn't mean that you have to go hungry every day in order to shed a few pounds. You can lose weight fast and eat several meals a day.
As a matter of fact most extreme fat loss programs recommend eating 4-6 meals a day. Wondering how is it done? I am going to share with you two little known weight loss foods that you can eat in order to lose weight fast. The weight loss industry experts call these foods 'super foods'.
Before we talk about the two 'super weight loss foods', Let's discuss some basic principles of weight loss. Fast and sustained weight loss is not achieved by being a couch potato; if you really want to lose your belly fat fast then you need to move away from your favorite sitting position and indulge in some sort of physical activities, preferably intense workouts that last for at least half-an-hour. A simple brisk 30 minute walk per day is a great start.
It is also important to start eating healthy foods such as raw fruits and vegetables. Processed and junk foods are the sole reasons why you are in this position today; obviously, if you want to become slim and fit, you need to forget about those foods.
Another thing you need to do is forget about the low-calorie, low-fat and low-carb diets. Healthy diets are always effective and a great way to schedule your meals, but these particular diet programs make you unhealthy, not to mention that they don't help you with rapid weight loss or keeping off the pounds.
You may lose weight fast but keeping the weight off most often does not occur.
Another important yet overlooked factor in our often busy lives is sleep!! Sleep is one of you best rapid weight loss allies. If you don't sleep you will get stressed, eat lots of junk foods and be back to square one! You definitely don't want that to happen to you, do you?
So here are our 2 "Super Weight Loss Foods"
1. Beef Liver: Like it or not, beef liver contains protein which helps promote strong lean muscle tissue. The more lean muscle tissue you have the more calories you burn. Muscles burn more calories than fat.
2. Canned Tuna: This is for those who have heard you should not eat fat. As a matter of fact, you should only avoid the "bad" fats that are found in junk and fried foods; "good" fats are always not only okay but a necessity. Tuna is a great example of good fat. Canned Tuna not only contains good fat but also has a healthy portion of protein and a whole can of tuna only contains 120 calories. Try it over a bed of lettuce with some onions and a light vinaigrette dressing. Good stuff.
Did anyone tell you that it is not possible to lose weight by eating?
