The 2 for 1 Diet

Intro

The 2 for 1 Diet

The idea of the 2 for 1 diet is to be a healthy way to lose weight quickly, to jumpstart a diet, or for an emergency where you need to lose weight fast for an upcoming event. It's NOT recommended to be done more than one day at a time. 2 pounds is the amount I lost on the first day I tested this diet. The amount may flucuate, but I can guarentee yuo will lose some weight if you do this. There's no magic to this diet, it is simply a low calories eating plan that provides enough nutrients to get through the day. YOU WILL BE HUNGRY. If you can, do this on a day you don't have to go to work/ school, because it can be hard to lose weight AND work. Please Anyway, here's the food guide. You'll probably eat between 1200 and 1350 calories on this diet, which is enough to sustain a person, but I can almost guarentee you'll be hungry.

Have as much diet soda, coffee or tea, sweetened only with as*.

The Meal Plan

BREAKFAST

Peanut butter toast 1 or 2 slices, preferably wheat bread easy on the PB

Any form of Fruit juice, 8 oz

Coffee,as much as you want, with as. and non dairy creamer if you'd like

SNACK

Apple or Orange

Lunch

Deli meat sandwich, any condiments except mayo

or

Peanut Butter and jelly sandwich (easy on the PB)

Apple

1 serving of cheese nips/itz (About 30 crackers)

Dinner

Some form of lean meat, 4 oz. or healthy salad w/ low cal dressing (no caesar)

Vegtables of any sort seasoned only with spices

Desert

1/2 cup of 1/2 fat ice-cream with w/ or w/o whipped cream

*as. stands for artificial sweetener
