10 tips for healthy weight loss


Why is losing weight so hard to do? We spend so much time weeding through all the diet plans and dangerous supplements and pills that it is so hard to know what works. Her are 10 ways to lose weight fast.
Drink 7 to 12 glasses of water a day. this flushes the body of fat. You can also substitute 2 or 3 glasses of all natural juice.
Break up your meals into 4 or 5 smaller ones. This will keep you from being as hungry between meals, and not to mention help speed up your metabolism.
Eat more fruits and vegetables, for the vitamins.
Eat less fatty foods, no more than 30 or 40 grams a day.
Exercise at least 20 minutes a day.
Keep your hands busy through out the day.
Don't eat at least 2 hours before going to bed.
Your body will tell you when it is hungry or full, you have to listen and obey it.
Eat only whole grain pasta and bread.
The most important thing is to cleanse and detoxify your body.
