Your body is adept to burning calories every after meal and not on a per day basis, thus, a daily calorie count does not help much in having a slim body. If you want to lose weight fast, portion control is the key. Having a balanced 3 meal diet and appropriate snacks in between meals is the answer. You avoid overeating this way. So eating more, not less, will really help you lose weight.
