How To Lose Weight Fast

Write down the things you eat each day. Write down Every meal and snack. Write down the number of calories that are in each food that you eat. Keep track of this in a notebook, tablet, or journal.

Step 2 Reduce the amount of sodas you drink and drink water instead. Eat lean meats; chicken, tuna, and fish. Eat Fresh vegetables and salads. For breakfast eat oatmeal or yogurt. Replace fattening foods with low fat foods like carrots, broccoli, and fruits.

Step 3. Start your day off with yogurt, oatmeal or low fat cereals or fresh fruits. Dont skip breakfast, eating breakfast will increase your metabolism.

Step  4. Exercise for 10- 20 minutes  a day or go walking in your neighborhood around the block or at the park. For more motivation get someone to start this diet with you.
