How to lose weight fast!

raw vegan diet.

A raw vegan diet allows you to lose weight and and gain muscle. Cooked foods tend to stick to your insides causing weight gain but thats not a problem on a raw diet. Feeding your body living food like fruits and vegetables is a great way to lose weight and gain health.

There are many succes stories, thats becuase of its simplicity.

- a few glasses of green juice(spinach,brocoli,esparagus,romaine,parsley,celery, cucumber)

- lots of whole fruits thrugh out the day(banana,apples,pears,mangoos,cherries,berries)

-essential fats are very important(avacado,raw cashews, raw almonds)

those are just a few examples of the countless living foods there are to eat:) have fun with it and mix it up! :)
