How To Lose Weight Fast- Free Book Download


The first time I heard about this diet was last night on a ABC news program.They claim it is a lifestyle change and not a crash diet. I am not promoting this diet and I am not saying it doesn't work. I am just writing a review on what I saw. I did download it in case I do want to try it.

The ABC news program had two women follow the diet. The one women is a plus size model. They have been on it for about four weeks now. The women both agreed it took three to four weeks to get used to it, but it is doable. They also agreed that they have been losing about a pound a week. The women both seemed real happy to be on the diet.

Everything I have read or heard from health professionals say that losing a pound a week is a reasonable and healthy goal.
