How To Lose Weight Fast And Easy With this Powerful 6 Tips


1.Eat more steady meals all the day instead the 3 big meals. Eat 5-6 smaller meals spaced 2-3 hours. Eating small meals throughout the day increases the metabolism which leads to a faster weight loss.
2.Eat a portion of carbohydrates and protein at each meal. Include as much as green fibrous vegetable in your diet particularly late in the day. If you find it difficult to prepare 5-6 meals you can fill in 3 meals with protein shakes and meal replacement powders.
3.Avoid eating junk foods as they are high in fats and calories. Eat clean through out the day. But if you have thirst for a special food item, take a cheat meal a week. Remember only a cheat meal and not a day of cheat meals. You have to also make the portion of the meal smaller.
4.Do high intensity cardio 3-5 times a week for around 20-30 minutes. When starting out do 20 minutes high intensity cardio 3 times a week. Slowly increase it to 30 minutes or even 45 minutes for 5-7 times per week. If you have no more time to do cardio in the morning you can also do it evening, as research have shown that evening cardio works well as it increases the resting metabolism and you will burn more fat and lose weight even at rest.
5.Add a weight training session in your program. Do weight training 3-5 times a week for not more than 45 minutes. Focus more on calorie burning compound lifts. If you do not have access to gym, get a pair of dumbbells. You can perform almost every exercises with dumbbells.
6.Observe your progress every week. It is so important to track your progress and figure out if you are moving on the correct direction or not. If you re on the right direction stick with your current routine. If you are not seeing any results figure out what you are missing. You can use an ordinary bathroom scale and a measuring tape to find your progress. Also I really recommend to use a body fat calipers to get the exact results.
