7 Great Ways To Lose Weight Fast

Want to lose weight fast?

Losing weight doesn’t have to be hard work. Here are some easy changes everyone can make which will instantly make your diet healthier. With a healthy diet, and some exercise, you can lose 10 pounds, 15 pounds, 30 pounds or more easily!!

1)  Note down what you eat and drink each day. You don’t need to count calories - just being aware of exactly what’s really going into your body is very useful and can help you make better food choices.

2)  Choose low fat or fat free milk and dairy products. A trim latte has a whole 2 grams of fat more than a full milk one. Over the course of a year you could be cutting out 750 grams (0.75 kg!) of fat from your diet. Try reduced fat cheese and yoghurt as well.

3)  Try to have a serving two servings of fruit a day, every day. It is easy to incorporate fruit into your breakfast or lunch, or you could have fruit as a snack or instead or dessert.

4)  Halve your added fat intake. That is: spread half as much butter of your toast as you usually would, put half as much mayo on your salad and use half as much oil in the pan when cooking.

5)  Remember a treat is only a treat if it’s rare and rewarding. Don’t have more than three sugary snacks per week – ice cream, chocolate, biscuits and cake should be for special occasions. AND if you don’t feel good about it, don’t eat it!

6)  Have your protein the Low Fat way. Chicken and fish are good sources of protein and are very low in fat. If you don’t eat meat, or feel like a change, cottage cheese, beans, lentils and low fat yoghurt are also good protein sources.

7)  Have at least two meals a week that don’t include meat or cheese. You can use whole grains, vegetables and beans to increase fiber and reduce fat for a nutritious meal.
