5 SIMPLE ways to lose weight fast

My personal story

I have personally used these 5 simple and helpful tips before. I lost about 13 pounds in 2 weeks by doing and using these rules. They seem so simple and almost too easy- but that’s the best part of it. It is very easy and very simple to do- and pretty easy to get adjusted to. In order to maintain the weight off it’s always good to be cautious about these rules and try to fit them into a lifestyle.

RULE #1

Cut out all white breads and replace with whole grain breads (not wheat breads---wheat bread is no healthier for you than white!) So WHOLE grain breads are key! (And even with whole grain breads try to limit them). This goes for pasta- buy whole grain pasta instead of normal pasta. Whole grain crackers. And cut out the chips and white crackers completely. Nothing good comes of eating Doritos. They are loaded with sugar and starch. So WHOLE GRAINS are key.

RULE #2

Cut out/down on fruit juices such as apple juice and orange juice, pomegranate juice and grape juice. Although they do have servings of fruit in them- juice companies PACK those juices with sugar- that is where all the unwanted calories come from. Be careful with fruit juices and fruity carbonated drinks and juice boxes. The juice companies try to deceive you when they say "healthy 100% fruit" (what it really should say is 100% sugar) instead replace your fruit juices with something like FUZE drinks. Those are my favorite. You can get them pretty much anywhere. Make sure you get the ones with zero cals, because there are ones with sugar and calories. So be careful!

RULE #3

Cut out all fast food places and desserts. Or at least tell yourself just one treat a week or every 2 weeks or every month. Maybe limit yourself to a McDonalds run once a month. Fast food is terrrrrrribleeee and is basically a walking heart attack. Desserts are okay every once in a while but they are very sugary which is where the calories pile up! Try to limit yourself to one dessert a week or maybe even one dessert every other week. Something like that. Small goals=best.

RULE #4

Load yourself up on veggies. VEGGIES are the best things you can eat. They have lots of fiber and fill you up. They also are loaded with good things for you. They keep you healthy and taste very good. If you don’t like raw veggies- try preparing them in a different way. With a little butter and cooked. Or stir fried into a stir-fry dish. Or Put them on an omelet.  Lots of ideas with veggies. You can never go wrong with vegetables. My favorite thing is to make omelets and put onions and peppers and mushrooms and broccoli on them. It’s delicious. Or make stir-fry. Mmmm. Very tasty.

RULE #5

With meat be careful. Red meat is more fatty and is higher in calories. But there are alternatives to red meat. You can buy lean hamburger meat rather than normal beef. Try to cut out stuff like pepperoni and summer sausage. That stuff has nothing good in it. Try eating more things like chicken and fish. Fish is GREAT for you. And I don’t mean pan fried walleye. I’m talking about grilled fish. And grilled/baked chicken. Not KFC chicken or chicken fried with breadcrumbs. That is unnecessary calories that just make the meat soooo unhealthy. So be careful with how you prepare your fish/chicken.
