What Diet Pill?
Don’t tell me you go to the gym, when all you do is walk on a treadmill for half an hour. I know you have read up on exercising and you know that lifting weight burns more calories, but you decided not to go the hard route. Get a trainer learn how to be fit. Why must you rely on a diet pill to help you get your needs? If all you ever take is a diet pill how are you ever going to learn to truly lose weight.
Diet pills help your thermogenics. Thermogenics is where your body temperature rises and naturally allows your body to burn more calories thus leading to a drop in body weight over time. This thermogenics is created by high amounts of stimulants and blood thinners. So a cheap diet pill would be 300mg of caffeine and an aspirin.
Another way diet pills can help you lose weight is by helping you suppress your appetite. Caffeine is a natural appetite suppressant. Diet pills use Hoodia as there main appetite suppressant majority of the time.
The only fat burning product that I have actually heard burns fat is Yohimbine. I have heard that it actually targets the fat around the stomach and will help shed the extra weight if you are trying to drop an extra 5 pounds or so.
If you are trying to loose 30+ pounds, do a cleanse not a diet pill. When doing a two to four week cleanse your body will release all the toxins that are causing you to hold weight. After you have done a cleanse change your diet to mostly veggies and partly chicken and fish, and little carbohydrates. This will shed the weight and help keep it off as long as you hold to a similar diet. Steak is ok to eat from time to time, but not to be eaten more than once a week.
If you want a cheap diet pill, go out and buy Caffeine, Aspirin and Yohimbine. This will help you shed some water weight, but remember most diet pills only help people that are wanting to lose about 10lbs.
