Want to Lose Weight Fast? Ditch the Gym Machines and Lose the Belly Fat Now


Tired of looking the same all the time and cannot lose weight fast no matter how hard you try? It is time to stop doing exercises that are not working and doing some that are. It is time to finally lose the belly fat.
Most of us have been in the situation were we just cannot lose weight no matter how hard we try. One of the problems is all the bad information floating around these days. The old mantra of: eat a little less and do lots of slow steady state cardio to keep you in the fat burning zone. Is quite frankly old, dated and doesn't work.
We need to start doing more modern fat burning exercises which will elevate our resting metabolism for up to 37 hours after training. Which means we will burn more calories even when we're sitting about the next day!
This type of metabolic training is achieved with a combination of hormone release and EPOC (Excess post-exercise oxygen consumption).
This fat burning training is usually with exercise which is done in interval training style with short bursts of energy used. You can used gym machines if you wish but to completely shock your body to lose weight fast and help lose the belly fat. I'm going to suggest something a bit different.
Circuit Training
Circuit training is done by performing a set of exercises one after the other with little rest. Then rest for a bit longer after a circuit of exercises are performed. So you could do the following fat burning exercises:
Deadlift
Bench
Bent-over row
Squat
Shoulder press
Lat pull-down
Perform around 10-12 reps for each exercise and move onto the next with only enough rest to move to the next exercise. Stop and rest for 2-3 minutes after you have completed all six exercises. Then do another circuit in the same fashion for a total of 3 circuits.
