How to Lose Inches And Get Thin Quickly;

Don’t consume any normal or diet soda, sugar and desserts, bread, junk or fried food.

Try to stick with lean meats and fish with wholegrain rice loaded with vegetables.

Eat lots of fresh fruits like strawberries an kiwi etc, yogurts (low fat) and drink at least 2 litres of water a day.

You can eat dairy, but only low or no fat, low fat in restraint.

If you have a strong enough desire to lose inches and get thin quickly then you should also learn that to get the best results you will want to do some form of exercise. Do some running, sit ups, leg raises, squats and lunges, some light weights and swimming. You might think this is a lot to do but you can start slowly and it will get easier as you go along.
