My Review of Fat Loss for Idiots

Will you lose weight fast with Fat Loss 4 Idiots? I think that's up to you. Here's the gist of what it does for you.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots is actually a software kind of program that also has eBooks accompanying it. You tell program the kinds of food you like to eat and it creates an eating plan for you with the foods you identified, only in portions that are reasonable and will help you lose weight. That's basically it.

Why I Do Not Like This

I don't like this because it doesn't emphasize the important of exercise. We evolved as active creatures. And even as few as 100 years back, we had to walk places for food, attending school, going to church, etc. It is vital that we understand the importance of adding exercise to our lives. Not exercising is NOT normal.

We don't need to exercise as much as we think to get the benefit we need to lose weight. Briskly walking for 20 to 30 minutes is a great start. This, in addition to a smart diet should result in weight loss.

Why I Like Fat Loss 4 Idiots

What I do like about Fat Loss for Idiots is the planning aspect of it. I have a horrible time following through with things. However, give me a plan and I can do it. Step 1, step 2, and so on.

The hardest part of dieting is not being able to eat what you like. Because Fat Loss 4 Idiots creates weight-losing meals for you based on the foods you like is quite appealing. This is a strength of the program. Since the product is sold through Clickbank, it has an 8-week money-back guarantee. If you are the least bit curious about the program you really have nothing to lose by giving it a try, accept a little weight, perhaps.

One Caveat

I by no means eat a healthy diet. But I do understand one thing. Most of what we eat is not healthy at all. So that Fat Loss 4 Idiots has us losing weight eating the foods we like doesn't address the other health issues our diets may be causing us. I smoked for 20 years, but never kidded myself by thinking it wouldn't hurt me. The same goes for some of the foods I eat.

Do you eat a healthy diet? Record what you eat for a week. Then tally how much of that food was fresh and how much came in a box, a can or was frozen. Restaurant food (all restaurants) comes in a box, a can or is frozen before it ends up on our plates. If the majority of what you eat is not fresh, then you are not eating healthy. If you could eat 100% fresh, I bet you would start losing weight.

Should you try Fat Loss 4 Idiots? If you benefit from following plans, the answer is yes. If having a plan wouldn't help you, then no.

If you are not willing to at least walk briskly for 20 minutes to 1 hour everyday, then I would give up any plans of losing significant amounts of weight.
