A Diet for People that Need to Lose Weight Fast

Do you need to lose weight fast?  I discovered this unique diet plan you can begin using to shed Twenty pounds of extra fat in merely four weeks.  You do not even have to do any workouts.  Does this seem too good to be real?  Well, give it a try and you just might be shocked.
If you want to lose weight fast, then follow these four basic rules to shed those pounds immediately:
First of all, don’t consume any "white carbohydrates" — Don’t eat grain, bread, potatoes, anything fried, pasta, or cereal.  Essentially, if it’s white, or was previously white, do not consume it.  If you happen be doing some kind of physical exercise, it is acceptable to consume a small bit of these, but only within one and a half hours after a resistance exercise workout.
Second, find a few meals and eat them repeatedly — It’s not a secret that good dieters do not change up their meals too much.  They choose a select few meals and take in them often.  So if you need lose fat in a hurry, come up with a couple of meals from the subsequent list of food and enjoy them regularly for 30 days.  You may eat as much of all these as you like, don't forget to keep your meals very simple.  This is a "slow carb" diet regime, which is not the same as a low carb diet.  Most people may stop on low carb diet plans because these people complain about not having enough strength.  With the intention to beat this, we’ve added legumes into the list for calories.  A lot of people will consume beyond just three meals every day to help distribute the calories throughout the day and keep their metabolism going continuously all day long.
Protein:
Egg whites
Organic Beef
Pork
Chicken breasts or chicken thigh
Vegetables:
Spinach
Peas
Asparagus
Other mixed vegetables
Legumes:
Pinto beans
Black beans
Lentils
Here's a couple of possible meals you could keep in mind during this diet:
Egg whites or whole eggs with black beans and assorted veggies
Pork with pinto beans and mixed veggies
Organic beef with lentils and mixed vegetables
Chicken breast with asparagus and lentils


Thirdly, keep the calories in meal form — While you are doing this, drink water.  A great deal of water.  It's okay to mix it up with unsweetened iced tea, regular green tea, or black coffee (no sugary mochas or cream).  You’ll want to stop drinking milk, fruit juice, and sugary soft drinks.  They are only extra calories that will only get in the way of this diet.
Last of all, take a day off every week — You'll love this rule.  One day each week, let yourself go and eat whatever you desire.  Frozen treats, snacks, chocolate bars… eat them all… as much as you like.  Do not look at it as "undoing" that hard work you already put in.  Doing this will spike the number of calories you eat, which will essentially keep your metabolism from reducing.
So if you just absolutely have to lose weight quickly, you can stick to this straightforward diet and watch your waist considerably get smaller in a matter of a month or so.  The food might take some getting used to, but it is sure a lot better than depriving yourself or keeping track of calories neurotically.
