TAKE A SHORT WALK EVERY DAY
This weight loss tip is very difficult to believe but it really works. You can take a walk in the morning, at work, during lunch, after dinner and also when making telephone calls. Whether long or short walks. You can also increase the speed of your walking, but the major thing is for you to get your heart rate up.
Try to move around more during the day whether you are at home or at work. Also take part in everyday tasks like house hold chores, playing around with children. Walking can be a great exercise to help you burn calories.
