How To Lose Weight Fast
When I say fast I mean fast. You can drop 10lbs in one week. Some fat, and some water weight. Stick by this program longer and you will be seeing amazing results. I went from 195 - 150 in like a month and a half but then I stopped because honestly its a little tough and a little restrictive but I am back on the wheel again.
1. A Raw Food Diet I know it sounds impossible, but try it for 1 week and you'll see what I am talking about. My aunt is a raw foodie and taught me all about it. Her son, my cousin is not such a fan but he tried it for one week and lost 10lbs, not doing any exercise.Get a Juicer and juice your fruits and veggies you can really make delicious drinks by mixing up vegetables with fruits. You will immediately feel energized after drinking these juices. They are delicious so even if you just incorporate this into your lifestyle you'll be really doing your body a big favor.*Eat fruit before it is late in the afternoon don't go past 2pm2. Drink water, If you drink a lot of soda or juice limit it to one can size 12 fl. oz and consider it a snack. Think about how many snacks you will allow yourself. I wouldn't go more than three. 1 can of soda, 1 bag of chips and something else. Try to keep your snack intake between 300-450 calories a day. Limiting your calories from 1200-1800 calories a day will also help you lose weight if you want to add snacks.3. Exercise will double your results and get you where you want to be faster.Three times a week is good. Not everyday. Honestly going every other day is more effective than going everyday. Giving your body a break lets you relax and puts your body in shock the next time your going to work out. It keeps your body from recognizing your workout as a routine so your body doesn't get use to it and stop giving you results.*4. Drink Lemon juice with water (with a fresh lemon and absolutely no sugar, sugar will make it in-effective)Once a day is fine morning. In cold or hot water. I like drinking this in cold water in the morning. This has a detoxifying effect, it is great for your liver. The liver is the organ associated with breaking down fat so the better you treat this guy, the better your body is going to be able to breakdown fat. It is naturally highly acidic so when your body breaks this down it cause your body to alkalize. Its a simple concept If you eat alkaline foods your body has to break them down by becoming acidic. If you eat acidic foods your body has to become alkaline to break them down. You want to be balanced, this all has to do with your bodies PH, but honestly I'd rather be more on the alkaline side than the acidic side. When your too acidic you'll feel sick, groggy, and sluggish. On the alkaline side the only negative aspect can be feeling dry. Some people theorize that disease cannot live in a pure alkaline state but it is impossible for a person to be in a purely alkaline state and still be alive.5. Drink Green Tea without sugarGet your pallete use to drinking things without sugar. If you need to add sugar you might as well not dink it all.6: Apple-cider vinegar(Organic with mother)I actually found adding this to my diet actually helped. Like 2 tsp in water before working out will optimize your workout or just 2 tsp a day helps. Its suppose to help dissolve fat.7: Last tip. Epsom Salt Bath. This tip is just extra because I lost weight before without doing this. I read in a diet book that said you can take a hot epsom salt bath and for people who can't work out this is considered a slow moving exercise. It will bring your body temperature and heart rate up. If you have high blood pressure I definately do not recommend this for you. Ask your doctor. You stay in for 20 minutes, as much of your body below the head submerged. Epsom Salt is a natural mineral with some detoxifying affects and is great for muscle aches. I want to say proceed this tip with causion, because I've taken these epsom salt baths and have felt a little light headed from them after I've gotten out of the tub. You do feel like you've been through a workout.
