You've probably arrived at this page because you either want to tone up your body or lose weight FAST. Well both can be done in what I'm about to explain in the coming paragraphs.

My story begins in High School (as most do) and i was trying to get myself to lose weight and build muscle, as you do, in order to ask out my High School crush; Cindy. Okay, so by now your thinking this is so corny, but the truth is, it's oh so true! This was the case for quite a handful of people at the time, although nobody liked to admit it.
Anyway, back to the story. I tried quite a few different methods of losing weight and building muscle, let's not forget the oh so popular Atkins Diet. Sure, it was very popular, but it didn't work and gave me some serious gas. I tried working out at the Gym like many guys did but again, it was too hard and I found myself feeling self conscious and embarrassed by my weight so i quit, i spent a couple hundred dollars on a one year Gym membership and quit in the second month.
I knew there was an easier way but it took me 10 years and and a grand total of $1,487 to reach it. The solution was P90X. Now I'm not going to go on all day about P90X and why you should buy it but ultimately the decision is up to you. I'm just going to say it worked for me.

Seized the time.Excuses aside, lack of time is certainly a limiting factor in most lifestyles. That is why health experts suggest a basic guideline for incorporating exercise into your schedule.Get as much exercise as you can that feels good without letting it interfere with your work or family life. If you need to, remind yourself that you are preventing many health problems when you prevent weight gain; and keeping your health is a gift to your family as well as yourself.
Of course this alone only got me so far, with doing this everyday for a year I lost 30 pounds. It left me in the fittest state i had been in my life. But it wasn't enough to compete with the other guys my age with ripped bodies. I was running out of time and i needed a solution fast. Luckily i cam across the P90X exercise infomercial while staying up late one night. It made some outrageous claims so i did some background research and review were AMAZING. I decided to try it for 90 days and take a picture before and after (so i would be in for the monthly $10k prize draw). I did the program for 90 days and I'm telling you it made me feel the greatest I had ever felt in my life. It gave me at least 3 times more energy and boosted my confidence to unknown heights. I'm not going to lie to you it was hard work, but it was way more than worth it! My body is better than ever could have imagined it to be. Unfortunately I found out about the P90X in college so my High School crush was gone but I met this great girl called Jenny and she's ten time better than Cindy.
So the morale of the story is don't make the same mistakes I did, I waited too long for the P90X programme but i would highly advise you to get it today if you really want to change your life.
