How to lose weight fast and easy with fruit and vegetable diet

A fruit and vegetable diet is a resourceful and healthy means of losing weight pretty fast and easily too. Imagine what apple juice with fruit salad can do to your body in addition to being nutritious and refreshing. You could actually improve your body’s ability to fight off germs that cause infections and help repair damaged tissues.

I want to share with you how to lose weight pretty fast and easily as well with the use of a strictly fruit diet. Not many people will subscribe to this but it does work for some. To start with there are quite a number of diets other than fruit and vegetables that can work wonders as well, equally worth noting is the fact that you may need to consult with a weight loss clinic or specialist on whether your body chemistry will favor a fruit and vegetable diet. Keep in mind that this diet does not mean you must become a Vegetarian you could add animal proteins such as chicken, turkey or fish to this diet if you so wish.

This weight loss program if you like to call it that way is a diet plan on how you can eat 3 square meals that have very low concentration of cholesterols and starch or fats plus lots of water and tea to go with it. This weight loss plan is designed to make minimal weight gain possible and eliminate any chance of unhealthy build up of fats and useless body fluids.

Breakfast could be something like carrots and boiled eggs with natural orange juice, tea or cocoa beverage or Bananas with peanuts and water. If you however want to have cereals with it you may consider low fiber or wheat containing cereals, oat meals and pure milk with no sugar. The list is endless, just be creative about what you would like breakfast to be – low starch, fat and sugar containing fruit and vegetable based meals. One more thing do remember to have a late breakfast by around 10 or 11 am in order to maximize the effect of the weight losing breakfast.

Lunch is a bit complicated because depending on your body system, you may feel very hungry less than 4 hours after breakfast, so be prepared to eat soup and white meat with water or juice. Then tea could come like 10 to 30 minutes later.

Dinner could be any assortment of vegetable or fruit salad with juice, water or tea. You may wish to try roasted fish, turkey or chicken with vegetable seasoning and little or no spices.

Finally remember to take water as the last thing before going to bed. These series of dieting will leave you losing weight especially if you combine it with a work-out program or exercise plan such as walking 1 hour a day or cycling or swimming.
