We all like to eat! But how can we eat and still lose weight?

I will show you in a minute the easiest way to lose weight fast and for good.

By combining exercise with our food diets, we can allow ourselves a higher daily caloric intake, because if we are burning more calories than we take in, we can consume more.

Simple exercise like going for a walk (1 hr) on average will burn from 250 - 300 calories. So by simply taking your dog (if you have one) for a walk, or going to the park with the kids you will burn extra calories, thus allowing yourself to increase your daily calorie limit.

To lose weight you must burn more calories than you consume. One pound of fat is equivalent to 3,500 calories, so to burn fat, you must combine diet and exercise in order to lose and maintain weight loss. So lets say you cut 250 calories from your daily food intake and then burn 250 extra calories / day by going for a walk. That means that you are burning 3500 extra calories / week. Which would mean that you are loosing 4 pounds a month. In six month you will have lost 24 pounds. And trust me, you will not even notice any discomfort or hunger.

The trick to all this is to stick with it. That is the hardest part. You can try teaming up with a friend, or significant other. Makes it easier when you do it together.

You don’t have to deprive yourself of food and starve in order to loose weight. You do not need to eat less food to loose weight; instead, you need to consume fewer calories. With smart choices, this is very doable.

Some substitution ideas are:
Instead of a bag of corn chips (441 cals), choose 2 large carrots with 2 tbsp hummus (138 cals) and save 318 calories
Instead of a Doughnut (239 cals) , choose a banana (92 cals) and save 147 calories
Instead of pancakes (400 cals), choose 1 cup cooked oats (166 cals) and save 234 calories.


Also try to break your daily food intake into 5 different meals. That way you will never go hungry and your metabolism will get a boost.Choose healthy snacks and meal plans, eat more freaquently but lesser portions, drink enough water and exercise to cut 500 calories from your regular caloric intake.
