Losing Weight Made Easy-An Easy, Proven Way To Lose Weight

Losing Weight

♦ Diets are usually bad news. Its much safer to lose weight yourself. Its not a big secret, healthy eating and exercise, but theres a little more to it than that. A very good method is one that was used by my friend, and it was very succesful. =] You are suppoused eat a large breakfast(because you will have all day to burn it off). Eat a medium sized lunch(because you don't have as much time to burn that off). Then eat a very small dinner(becaus you don't realy have any time to burn it off.)

An easier way to remember this(and how it was first explained to me) was this; eat breakfast how you would feed yourself, eat lunch how you would feed your freind, and eat dinner how you would feed your enemy. This simply means you would of course eat what you wanted if you where buying for yourself. If you where buying for a friend you wouldn't buy them as much. And if you where buying for your enemy you would give them near to nothing. Thats how you should eat your meals every day.

Try to stay away from snacks(especialy unhealthy ones) and don't eat after 7:00pm. ♦
