How to lose weight?

Diet could be the hardest task to accomplish in life. It involves strong mentality and willpower.

The worst thing could ever happen is when you're on a diet and your weight INCREASED instead. Imagine how much money you would have spent buying gym equipments, the pain and time spent exercising, .etc just to lose a little bit of weight or not at all.

It's unfortunate that there are so many products out there that don't really work. Worsestill, new diet products are being added everytime.. Acai Berry (in the first place, does Acai Berry work?  Or is Acai Berry a scam?), Ultra Slim Fast, and other diet pills and products.
I went to diet communities and read numerous questions like "how to lose weight in 1-week?", "how to lose weight in 1-month?" and such. The most popular and always-popping question is "how to lose weight easily and effectively?"
Unfortunately they are always bombarded with useless answers that would just bring them back to square one.

What if I tell you that you can eat all you want and the food you like AND still lose weight effortlessly? Yes, it sounds too good to be true but it's true.

I will give you an unbiased Cheat Your Way Thin Review.
There are a few people who said that Cheat Your Way Thin is a scam because it's just too good to be true. I bought the program myself (the full package with bonus), read up and listen to all the contents and research on the internet to see if it's true so here is the unbiased review result.
Cheat Your Way Thin Contents:

When I first read the introduction book, I was asked to listen to the "Game Changer" audio file that comes with the full package.

In the Game Changer, the author will teach you a history about our ancestors on the relation of metabolism and starvation mode. Then about "Leptin" (the crux of the program) and other relation. You will learn why most diets out there like Atkins Diet, South Beach Diet, Zone Diet and such won't work for most people. So the solution?  CHEAT!  That is what the program will teach you.

After listening to the Game Changer, I resume reading the e-book.

Now they will teach you about the ratings of Carbohydates - the GI and GL systems and which one is reliable and which one you should use.

The next chapter, it will teach you how to measure portions of carbohydrates, protein and fats using your body (yes, which is accurate for every person whether they are big or small).

Then the next chapter, it's about Meal Frequency. Interestingly, you are told not to eat less or starve yourself but instead to eat more in a day (6 meals a day)! They will explain why this is part of a cheat to your way thin.

Then the next chapter, the most interesting of all, the Cheat Day Guidelines. There are 6 guidelines. One of the best guideline I've read is "Eat the foods you crave without feeling Guilty".

Now finally in the next chapter, you will learn the 3 types of days you need for the course of the program.
Low Carb Day
Low GI/GL Day
Higher GI/GL Day


Then it will list the guidelines for each day to follow and all the list of food that you are able to eat (which is very important).

In the next chapter, you will learn about the Calorie Method or the Portion Method. You can choose which one to follow. If you have bought the full package (deluxe edition) you will be given all the necessary files to calculate automatically; but if you bought the regular edition, you need to calculate manually.

In the next chapter, you will learn the 3 phases of the program: Priming Phase, Core Phase, and Maintenance Phase. Each phase has a purpose and what type of diet day (i.e. Low Carb Day, Low GI/GL Day) to follow in certain days.

The next section will tell you how to track your progress and measure yourself.

in the next chapter ("Cheat Your Way Fit"), the book will explain to you all the easy and cheat-exercise to lose weight effectively.

Conclusion

It's a miracle program and really works. Many people have succeed effectively without any pain or starving at all. It's a fun and interesting program. What could be more enjoying when you can eat the food you want and all you want, and still lose weight?
